It's especially noticeable at night, when the recessed lighting placed just above the crown molding in the main level sitting room (and it's identical counter part on the second floor) can be viewed through high windows. It's part of what she calls the 'wow factor', that aesthetical appeal that friends, family and even the pizza delivery guy comment on when they step through the door. Nancy Lee Construction, The process of building our home in Rivercut was made easy with the leadership, recommendation and helpful suggestions given by John and Nancy. They were always available to address any concerns or needs that came up.The home was completed on time and the total cost was very appropriate. We have been in the house four years. It is so comfortable; we love it and love to have visitors. Our family, friends and even strangers are taken back because of the high quality and extraordinary beauty of our home built by John and Nancy. We are looking forward to building another home. As we entered the beautiful foyer area we were struck by the quality, attention to detail and the 'extras' in the house. The combination tile and wood flooring was a delightful change from the ordinary. We love the recessed ceilings, quality light fixtures, fans and the tasteful use of indirect lighting. The solid wood doors, crown molding, custom cabinetry are phenomenal. From the granite countertops in the kitchen and top of the line plumbing fixtures throughout, 2 gas fireplaces the extra wide hallway and stairs to the lower level, the many windows strategically placed to maximize views and light, large bedrooms with huge walk in closets and spacious bathrooms, this house exhibits an extreme commitment to quality. We highly recommend Nancy Lee Construction to anyone planning to build a custom home! What we truly liked is that if something was not possible, you stated why it was not and made another positive suggestion. Communication was always easy and clear. It was very comforting that you were present on the build site almost constantly. I remember that by trying to help us, you put us in touch with another banker, this allowed us to negotiate the best possible rate on the mortgage. When the project was complete, if something needed attention you were always willing and happy to help. (Even if your sense of humor could lead one to believe otherwise.) The rapport with your sub contractors made our communication with them very enjoyable. We recently had some friends who were considering building a house over for dinner and as I understand it, you will be building their house as well. It was, in fact fun. None of the stories we heard about how bad building can be were even close to what we experienced. You guys were great. We wouldn't consider building with another builder, period. The pride you have in your work was obvious and clear every day of the project. The suggestions you made were well thought out and welcome.
